Agawam: $300 base, plus $4.00 per full-time employee
East Longmeadow/Longmeadow: $300 base, plus $4.00 per full-time employee
Ludlow: $300 base, plus $4.00 per full-time employee
Hampden/Wilbraham: $300 base, plus $4.00 per full-time employee
Springfield: $325 base, plus $8.50 per full-time employee
West Springfield: $300 base, plus $4.00 per full-time employee
   
Business outside of the Greater Springfield Affiliate areas join at a flat rate of $350.00. Non-profit/charitable organizations join at the base rate of their affiliate residency. Employee count is based on full-time employees.
