The Ludlow Chamber Board of Directors is responsible for the general strategies and policies of the Ludlow Chamber. The Board of Directors meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 8 a.m. at Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Ludlow.A schedule of the Board of Directors meetings can be found on our Events Calendar.

Committees
The Ludlow Chamber and its membership is fully represented as an affiliate of the Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield, Inc. Representation of its membership is included on the ACCGS Board of Directors, the ACCGS Legislative Steering Committee and ACCGS Membership Committee.As well, to enhance the membership on a local level and ensure that local needs are met, the Ludlow Chamber has formed the following committees specific to Ludlow business issues.
Education Committee
The Ludlow Chamber Education Committee oversees the Career Search program for Ludlow High School juniors and seniors and its annual Career Search Education Breakfast held in May. As well, the Committee arranges business visits, partnering students with local businesses in the career of their choice.Committee members meet throughout the year on an as-needed basis. Golf Committee
The Ludlow Chamber Golf Tournament Committee produces the the Ludlow Chamber's Golf for Kids in conjunction with the Ludlow Boys and Girls Club. The event, held annually in September, raises funds for the Chamber's educational programs, scholarships and the Ludlow Boys and Girls Club. Members recruit sponsors, foursomes and volunteer during the tournament in a variety of capacities.Committee members meet on an as-needed basis prior to the event. Program Committee
The Ludlow Chamber Program Committee develops and produces events designed with Ludlow Chamber members in mind. Such events include quarterly membership breakfasts, the Summer Concerts in the Park series and seminars.Committee members meet throughout the year on an as-needed basis. Scholarship Committee
The Ludlow Chamber Scholarship Committee reviews applications and awards annual scholarships to outstanding high school seniors who are residents of the Town of Ludlow regardless of the high school attended. Applications are distributed throughout the area high schools.
